A 15-year-old Thane resident lost his life after being stung by honey bees. Following this incident, the family members created a commotion in the hospital in Maharashtra. They alleged negligence in treatment by the authorities.
The boy who resided in the Rabodi area in Thane city was attacked by honey bees on Monday. An official from the city police control room mentioned that post this incident, his kin rushed him to the civic-run hospital, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Hospital in Kalwa. Unfortunately, whilst undergoing the treatment on Monday night, the boy lost his life. Enraged by this, his family members claimed oversight on the end of the hospital authorities in the treatment offered. This led to a ruckus being created in the medical facility, for which the police were asked to rush in to have the situation under control.
So far, an accidental case of death has been registered by the police and no arrests were made in regards to the said incident as mentioned by officials.
