Mulund - It's quite surprising but it's true... there is no petrol pump in Mulund (East). Residents are having a tough time and are facing a lot of difficulties to get their tank filled with fuel. A vechile owner either have to come all the way to Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Mulund (west) or go to Airoli in Navi Mumbai to get fuel. In this process, he or she lose on three factors - Time, Money and fuel. Demand to start a petrol pump in Mulund East is pending for so many years. The politicians try to cash on this demand in almost every election. But to the dismay of the residents, no action has been undertaken yet.
