The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) announced that on Monday, July 12, it will resume the vaccination drives at the state and civic-run centres across the city after a gap of three days.
According to reports, due to a lack of adequate stocks of vaccines, the inoculation drive was cancelled on July 9 and 10 at government and municipal centres in Mumbai. However, the vaccination program was closed on Sunday as a regular off.
On Monday, vaccination will take place between 9 am and 5 pm. The vaccination centres take 50 per cent of beneficiaries by appointment, and 50 per cent through on-spot walk-ins registrations.
The first and second doses of Covishield will be administered to people above 18 years of age and 45 plus as well.
