Maharashtra recorded 9,431 cases of coronavirus on Sunday taking the total number of cases to 3,75,799. On the same day, 6,044 patients were discharged taking the total number of people who have been cured to 2,13,238
The total number of active case in the state stands at 1,48,601. The recovery rate of the state has risen to 56.74 per cent. More than 9 lakh people are in-home quarantine and more than 40 thousand people are in institutional quarantine. On Sunday 267 deaths were reported taking the death toll of the state to 13,656.
Dharavi which was earlier the hotspot had recorded only two cases of coronavirus on Sunday.
India has recorded more than 14 lakh cases till date and more than 30 thousand deaths were recorded. More than 9.1 lakh people have been recovered from this deadly virus.
