Fire Breaks Out At Lower Parel's Marathon Futurex Building

A fire broke out in Marathon Futurex building in Lower Parel. Marathon Futurex houses several offices and the employees were asked to evacuate the premises immediately. The fire was reported in a service lift which caused panic among the people.   

However, the fire has now been doused and no injuries have been reported. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.

This is the third fire incident reported in this week. On Monday, February 17 there was a fire reported at GST Bhavan in Mazgaon and on Tuesday, February 18 there was a major fire in Dombivali's MIDC. Thankfully there have been no injuries reported in both incidents.
