Major Fire broke out at Rolta company in Andheri East on Thursday afternoon. The incident was reported on 22nd street, Andheri MIDC, Marol at 12:34 pm. The intensity of the fire has increased to Level-IV and the rescue teams were sent to douse the fire. Currently, 12 fire engines and QRV, Three Special Appliances, about 100 fire officer are engaged in this operation.

Haji Ali Dargah to get a revamp
The 450-year old iconic Haji Ali Dargah at Mahalaxmi will witness major revamps in the upcoming years. Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) Commissioner Praveen Pardeshi along with Maharashtra Minister Aslam Shaikh, Trustee of Haji Ali Dargah Suhail Khandwani and other dignities held a meeting at Mantralay to chalk out the plan of Haji Ali Dargah.

SC: Provide reason for fielding candidates with criminal records
The Supreme Court today expressed its concern over the alarming rise in the criminalisation of politics and exercised its constitutional power demanding justification from political parties for fielding candidates with a criminal background in general and assembly polls.
