Sandhurst Road - Assistant Commissioner of B ward Uday Shirurkar popularly known as 'Singham', hoisted the flag in his ward. Popatlal Kaneria came dressed as Mahatma Gandhi. Women sang patriotic songs in the ceremony and everybody was seen sinking into the mood. Comedy Express fame Arun Kadam was also present in the ceremony along with the civic officials. Along with this, Zen Live Media's Milind Sabnis was also present for the same.
