Malad- A few days ago, the BMC had cut down the overhanging branches of a tree by the roadside and left them on the footpath along Link Road in Malad.
Along with this, loosened paver blocks on the footpath are becoming a nuisance. “First of all, the footpath is not in a good condition and no civic official has come forward to clean up the branches or repair the footpath,” said Vinod Gholap, a local resident.
The assistant municipal commissioner in charge of P/North Sangeet Hasnale, declined to comment.
