Andheri- The three year old Andheri RTO is in a bad way, to put it mildly. If you have had the misfortune of visiting the RTO premises anytime recently, you must have witnessed the spit and paan stained walls.
If you dare enter the bathrooms, be strong hearted enough to brave it out - the bathroom doors are broken. Welcome to the consequent foul odour. One corner of the RTO is decked with chairs and tables which are piled up haphazardly. Mumbai Live tried to speak to transport officer P L Jamdade, but he chose not to reply.
