Know Your Ward! D Ward (Malabar Hill, Girgaon, Grant Rd)

Many important areas like Tardeo, Malabar Hills, Nagpada come under the D ward of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). This ward is home to many political parties as well as big offices.

At present there are six corporators in D Ward. Even after the ward restructuring, there will be no change in the number of corporators. D Ward is spread over an area of 8.03 sq.km. The total population of this ward is near 3,46,866.

Geographic Information

The eastern border extends up to Shuklaji Street, Ardeshir Dadi Street and VP Road, the western border extends to Girgaum Chowpatty, the Arabian Sea Coast Line, the northern border to Haji Ali, Keshavrao Khade Marg and the southern border to Babasaheb Jayakar Marg.
