Kurla station, one of the busiest railway stations in Mumbai, will be given a facelift. Kurla Railway Station to be developed under 'Amrit Bharat Yojana'.
The following works will be carried out at Kurla station under this scheme, which will not only improve aesthetics but also contribute to passenger convenience.
What will be the development
1. Improvement of traffic circulation and beautification of operational area
2. Entrances
3. High Level Platform, Cover Over Platform
4. Improvement in elevation
5. Improvement in interior decoration, waiting room etc.
6. Upgradation of toilets
7. Provision of good quality durable furniture
8. 12m wide Central Foot Over Bridge with ramp
