Construction professionals were predicting that there will be an increase in house sales in Mumbai in the month of February and more than 10 thousand houses will be sold. However, on the last day of registration on February 28, (till 6 pm), 9,582 houses were sold. A record revenue has been received from this house sale. The state has received a revenue of INR 1,066 crore from the sale of only 9,582 houses in February.
Overall, home sales were flat in 2022. Even in the new year (2023), house sales are seen to be stable. At the beginning of the new year, in January 2023, 9001 houses were sold in Mumbai and INR 691 crores of revenue was obtained through it.

Home sales did not increase significantly in February. On Tuesday, the last day of registration, 9,242 houses were sold till 9:00 am. The state has received a revenue of INR 1, 082 crore from this house sale.
