To raise awareness and boost immunity against malaria, dengue and other diseases, this joint initiative was launched by Dr. Assistant Director Health Services NVBDCP Mumbai. Balasaheb Sonawane announced the initiative and unveiled the Digital Health Board.

On this occasion, Divisional Officer (Kharghar) of Maharashtra Government* Public Health Department Jitendra Madhvi and Dr. Jaykar Ellis, Honorary Coordinator, ADHSNVBDCP Department of Public Health and Founder, Heart Foundation, Dr. Sachin Gadkari, Center Head, Medicover Hospitals (Navi Mumbai) and Shri. Abhay Jadhav, Regional Marketing Head* was present.

In today's digital age anything can go viral in seconds. So, it is cautioned here to be careful while sharing or posting anything online. ADHS NVBDCP, Public Health Department Central Government, Panvel Municipal Corporation, Heart Foundation and Medicover Hospital have taken a great step for public health so that one can access genuine and authoritative information related to medical information. More than 100 societies in Navi Mumbai will get digital health boards with information on health issues and precautions.

Speaking on this occasion, Dr. Balasaheb Sonwane, Assistant Director Health Services NVBDCP says that the government has always taken a lot of initiative to prevent dengue, malaria and other water borne diseases. These life-threatening diseases can be avoided by taking preventive measures. The Heart Foundation and Medicover Hospital Navi Mumbai have come together to support the government's initiative to make the country malaria-free by 2030. No initiative can be successful without public and community participation. So, I thank you all for your support and together we will surely achieve the target.

Speaking at this time, *Dr. Sachin Gadkari, Center Head, Medicover Hospitals, Navi Mumbai* says that Medicover Hospitals is privileged to be a part of this CSR initiative. Due to lack of awareness, many fall victim to such diseases. We really want to focus on the preventive aspects of people's health by creating awareness through this initiative and we are doing that through this initiative, so we are grateful to be a part of it.

Dengue and Malaria are being controlled due to various government initiatives. But now these cases have started increasing again during monsoon. This disease is more serious because it affects people of any and every age. Although it is a viral infection, it can also develop many complications if not treated in time. Therefore, no fever should be taken casually. Any disease diagnosed late leads to more complications in treatment. So we all need to be aware. Dr. Nikhil Varge, Internal Medicine Expert of Medicover Hospital, expressed the reaction that we are all creating public awareness through various activities to overcome such diseases.
