Bandra - BMC Officers from H West, Bandra are supposed to meet public from 3 to 5pm. But they are never available at that time to meet the citizen who visit this office. RTI activist Jagdish Surti has accused that the officeres are never found at their office during the timeframe provided. The ward Officer from this office, Suresh Ughade is also keeping mum about this.
