The Shinde-Fadnavis government may once again have to face opposition. A BJP minister has been allotted an office in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). Now the leader of Shinde group has also been given office in the civic body. Due to this, the opponents are likely to become aggressive.
Mumbai City District Guardian Minister Deepak Kesarkar will now be available to citizens at the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation headquarters every Wednesday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Guardian Minister Kesarkar will interact with citizens at the civic office on the first floor of the civic body. An office has been provided by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation for Kesarkar's citizen liaison. A few months ago, Mumbai Suburban District Guardian Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha had opened an office in the Mumbai Municipal Corporation to solve the problems of citizens.
The special thing is that at present the functioning of the BMC is being looked after through the administration. However, the opposition had alleged that the BJP was interfering in the Mumbai Municipal Corporation under the guise of opening this office. Now even after the opening of Deepak Kesarkar's office, there is a possibility of this controversy increasing once again.
