Mumbai Local News: CR Announces Special Traffic Block on June 28 - Check List of Trains Affected

Central Railway, Mumbai Division will operate Special Traffic and Power Block for de-launching of “N” type Truss at South East end (Karjat end) FOB at Kms 57/18 to 57/22 by road crane, for proposed 3^rd & 4^th line between Kalyan-Badlapur station o­n 27/28.06.2026 (Saturday-Sunday night).

*Date, Duration & Section of Block*: -

On 27/28.06.2026 (Saturday-Sunday night) from 01.20 hrs to 03.50 hrs (of 28.06.2026) o­n UP and DOWN South East line between Kalyan and Vangani(excluding both).

*Repercussions due to the Block will be as follows*:

*Working of Suburban Trains during the block period*:
Suburban services will not be available between Kalyan and Karjat stations during the block period.

*Following Suburban trains will be cancelled*

·BL 61 CSMT- Badlapur local leaving CSMT at 23.51 hrs of 27.06.2026 

·A1 CSMT-Ambarnath local leaving CSMT at 00.02 hrs of 28.06.2026.

·TBL4 Badlapur-Thane local leaving Badlapur at 23.04 hrs of 27.06.2026.

·A2 Ambarnath-CSMT local leaving Ambarnath at 03.43 hrs of 28.06.2026. 

*Short Termination / Short Origination of suburban trains*

·S1 CSMT-Karjat local leaving CSMT at 00.12 hrs will be short terminated at Thane.

·S2 Karjat- CSMT local leaving Karjat at 02.30 hrs will short orginate from Thane at 04.00 hrs.

*Last & First locals*

·Last local before the block will be CSMT-Karjat local leaving CSMT at 23.30 hrs o­n 27.06.2026.

·Last local before the block for CSMT will be Badlapur-CSMT local leaving Badlapur at 23.29 hrs o­n 27.06.2026

·First local after the block will be Thane-Karjat local leaving Thane at 05.00 hrs o­n 28.06.2026.

*Diversion of UP Mail/Express Trains*

*Following trains will be diverted via Karjat-Panvel-Diva route and will arrive destination 10 to 20 minutes late*.

·Train no 11020 Bhubaneshwar - CSMT Konark Express arriving CSMT at 04.15 hrs o­n 28.06.2026.

·Train no 18519 Vishakhapatnam – LTT Express arriving LTT at 04.30 hrs on 28.06.2026.

·Train no 12702 Hyderabad - CSMT Express arriving CSMT at 04.55 hrs o­n 28.06.2026.

·Train no 11140 Hospete – CSMT Express arriving CSMT at 05.10 hrs o­n 28.06.2026

Trains having scheduled halt at Kalyan will be provided halt at Panvel and Thane for the benefit of passengers entraining / detraining at Kalyan.
Mail / Express trains / Holiday Specials running late will be diverted as per operational requirement.
