Mumbai is famously known as the "city of dreams" for many. However, another thing that makes them stand out is their spirit to help people in need.
An example of the magnanimous city went viral recently. A video has been doing rounds on social media since yesterday, June 17, wherein some Mumbaikars can be seen putting an overturned car back on its wheels in Walkeshwar area in South Mumbai.
Originally, the video was shared on Instagram by a woman named Binjal Parekh. It was shared further by photographer Manav Manglani on the same app. "DUM LAGAKE HAISHAAA The famous Mumbaikar spirit seen here in full force as people passing by helped and got an overturned car back on its feet in Walkeshwar Mumbai today," the caption said.
Nearly 10-15 people can be seen putting an overturned Ecosport car back on its wheels. The locals were assisting the police officers in solving the problem that took place in the middle of a busy road.
Not only Instagram but was also shared on other social media platforms like YouTube as well. The video is getting a lot of love online. It has garnered over 3 lakh views on Instagram and around 12 views on YouTube.
Speaking of netizens, they lauded and appreciated the Mumbaikars. They all have big hearts and do not hesitate to showcase it during distressing times.
