CIDCO has launched a new housing scheme offering 4,508 ready-to-move tenements across Navi Mumbai. Online registrations will begin on 22 November 2025 at 4:00 PM. For the first time, applicants will have the freedom to choose the tenement of their choice, as the scheme operates on a first-come, first-served basis, no lottery involved.
These homes are located in Taloja, Dronagiri, Ghansoli, Kharghar, and Kalamboli, with 1,115 units for EWS under PMAY and 3,393 units for LIG. EWS buyers can also avail a INR 2.5 lakh PMAY subsidy.
CIDCO says all tenements are equipped with essential amenities and are situated in well-connected, rapidly developing nodes close to the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport. After full payment, buyers will receive immediate possession.
Those who register by 21 December 2025 will be eligible to select their preferred tenement starting 28 December 2025 at 11:00 AM.
CIDCO has appealed to citizens to register early, as homes will be allotted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
