Demand for custard apples has increased in the Mumbai agricultural produce market and the demand for golden varieties of the same is also increasing. It has been estimated that the inflow of this seasonal fruit will remain the same till January.
The arrival of the golden custard apple has started. Fruit trader Rahul Dere informed that approximately 450 quintals are being received daily and the inflow is less compared to the demand. The highest inflow is coming from Barshi in Solapur district.

Golden and Saraswati varieties are coming. In the wholesale market, the prices are around INR 30 to Rs 40 per kg and in the retail market, the prices are around INR 100 per kg.
