Nehru Nagar - For the past two months, residents of Nehru Nagar have not seen their streets brightly lit. They have been making their way through darkness for long now.
As there are no street lights, small children and women are scared to cross the lane post evening. This road connects to Nehru Nagar police station and the police quarters on the same road. “It’s been two months, civic officials have not visited this place. It seems no one is bothered about the darkness and due to this miscreants take disadvantage of the darkness,” said Nazeeb Khan, resident.
