Education is the right of every child but students of the IES school were barred from attending their class as they didn't pay their fees due to the financial crisis. Total outstanding fees of the students were Rs 2,20,000 out of which RS 40,000 was paid by the parents of the students.

Parents requested that they be given some time to pay the pending amount but school management is adamant. Agitated parents Ravi Mudliar and his wife tried lodged a complaint with Matunga Police, but even police were trying to avoid this issue. After a lot of persuasion, police intervened and the children Nishita and Daksh were allowed to attend their examination.
