Chembur- Civic officials have started work on installing a water pipe line at Chembur’s PL Lokhande road. This work, started 15 days ago, has hampered school students who are finding it difficult to walk on the road due to the ensuing traffic jam. One of the shop owners, Manohar Kamble has complained that construction workers leave their equipment lying around and are not bothered about the inconvenience caused.
