The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) who gave 17 acres of Marol’s land on lease to Seven-Hills Hospital, is now unable to pay its employees. Shiv Sena has demanded that the BMC should seize the hospital along with its equipment and should make it available to treat people who cannot afford expensive health-checkups.

SS MP Rahul wrote a letter to BMC Commissioner Ajoy Mehta requesting to look into Seven Hills Hospital. He added that initially, the hospital started with 1,500-bed facility but now has reduced to 300 beds and so the BMC should carry out an investigation.
