There was a time when the pathway of Pridarshini Circle was taken by the people to reach Chuna Bhatti, but now it has been 7-8 months that this circle is closed because of which they are now confronting great troubles when commuting. As a matter of fact, the main sufferers are those live at the Chuna Bhatti. Because the Priyadarshini Circle is closed, the people do not only have to take the long way, but they end up wasting both time and fuel.
The local people, have although, written to the traffic police a number of times so as to open this road for public use, but so far no action has been taken in this regard. After which, people went on a procession under the leadership of the local corporator of Shiv Sena Mangesh Kudalkar. At the same time, the local residents have warned that if the circle is not opened for the public use within the next 2 days, they will then make the agitation even more vigorous.
