Mumbai - Ganapati Bappa has bid adieu almost 10 days back, but the pits dug for mandaps are still open. Though Bmc has not taken any action on this issue, it has warned the mandals to clear all the mess and close the pits. Mandals are blaming on rains for the delay. According to Bmc standards immediately after the festival mandals should clear the premises, if not then serious action will be taken, stated Bmc commissioner S.S.Dhonde
