Slow construction work, a major problem

Mulund - Construction work of Chintamanrao Deshmukh garden's boundary walls is scheduled from past few days. Residents are facing trouble due to the slow pace of construction work. The footpath alongside the garden is closed for the commuters. Commuters have to walk on the road, because of which during evening traffic congestion takes place. Commuters want the construction work to finish off fast, to avoid inconvenience.
