Mumbai - Saturday is world toilet day. To commemorate it, F- ward of BMC has organised 'Clean Toilet' competition, in which 44 toilets will be examined and the cleanest will receive certificate. While the filthy ones will be kept under scanner and strict action including fine will be taken against the management, said additional commissioner of F-ward Vishwas More. This competition is held from 19th November to 19th December.
