Andheri- Tahsildar & excise station emanates foul smell due to a heap of garbage. This is creating problem to the people who visit this office. Also, excise station which stations a lot of old cars is posing a threat to people as well as workers. Although excise department gets Rs 12 crore from the state government, no one maintains clenaliness.
