Andheri - BMC is on a development works spree before the municipal election. The latest initiative is an underground pipeline on Navin Nagardas Marg, Andheri (East).
The work has started from 15 December and is expected to get over by 13 January. Due to the work in progress, the public toilet has been closed for use, inconveniencing local hawkers and commuters. The pipeline may be a good idea, they say, but the toilet is a more pressing concern.
