Mumbai: Areas near Haji Ali to face water cuts on October 10, 11

The water supply will be cut in areas which fall under D and E wards of the civic body on October 10 and 11. Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has taken this decision to carry out the repair work for leaked 1600 mm pipeline at Racecourse near Haji Ali. 

With the main pipeline for water supply leaking, the hydraulic department has decided to carry out the repair work to fix the problem. 

The repair work will start on October 10 around 7:30 AM and will continue till 4:00 AM the next day. Amid the repair work being carried out by the civic body, the water supply be disrupted in the areas which come under D and E wards. The water cut will be for 24 hours.
