A two-hour traffic block will be held on the Yashwantrao Chavan Mumbai-Pune Expressway on Tuesday, January 23 in the afternoon. This block will be taken on this expressway between 12 noon and 2:00 pm.
The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) will undertake the construction of gantry at chain no. km 24.250 on Mumbai channel and chain no. km 56.900 on Pune channel (Kusgaon Wadi) under the Highway Traffic Management System between 12 noon and 2 pm on Tuesday. During this work, the above area will be closed for traffic and the traffic will be diverted through an alternative route.
Light vehicles going from Pune to Mumbai will divert from lane km 55,000 on the Mumbai channel and route through National Highway No. 48 old Pune Mumbai Highway. Light vehicles and buses from Pune to Mumbai will divert from Khopoli Exit KM 39.800 and take National Highway No. 48 from Old Pune Mumbai Highway to Khopoli town and then Mumbai channel via Shedung toll plaza.
