The Samopachari Sanghatana and the Kamgar Sanghatana came together on 23 March to remember the martyrdom of freedom fighters Bhagatsingh, Rajguru and Sukhdev.
A rally was held from the Kamgar Maidan in Parel to the Shahid Bhagatsingh Maidan in Sewree the All India Youth Federation and the All India Students Federation. Slogans of 'Inquilab Zindabad' rent the air.
The state secretary of the Community Party of India Prakash Reddy said that Bhagatsingh should continue to be an ideal for the younger generation of the country in order that the nation progresses.
All India Youth Federation president Prasad Ghagre, Smriti Seva Sangh secretary Dhananjay Pawar were also present at the event.
