Kalbadevi - D. S. Welkar Street’s residents are unable to walk on the footpath due to the unfinished work of fixing paver blocks here. The said contractor took off the blocks for the road repair but due to cash crunch he left the work in midday. When Mumbai Live tried speaking to the concerned contractor, he refused to comment.
