Mumbaikars will have to face water shortage this summer. Water supply in the main part of the city will be shut on Saturday-Sunday. Information about this has been given by the water engineering department.


From May 27, 2023, Saturday to May 28, 2023, Sunday, the water supply will be shut off in central Mumbai from 8:00 am on Saturday to 10:00 am on Sunday. The water supply will be completely shut off to find out the water leakage issue. Due to this, water supply will be shut in Dadar, Prabhadevi, Worli, Lalbaug, Parel areas on Saturday and Sunday.

The municipal administration has informed that there will be no water supply in Gokhale Road, Kakasaheb Gadgil Marg, L. J. Marg, Sayani Marg, Bhavani Shankar Marg, Mori Marg, Sena Bhavan Premises, T. H. of Kataria Marg, Mahim West, Matunga West, Dadar West, Senapati Bapat Marg, Veer Savarkar Marg, Cloth Bazar from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Saturday, May 27.


There will be no water supply in Dhobi Ghat, Satrasta, N M Joshi Marg, Delisle Road BDD, Sakharam Bala Pawar Marg, Mahadev Palav Marg, from 4:00 am to 8:00 am on Sunday, May 28.
