Attention! Water cut in some parts of Thane on December 20

There will be a 24-hour shutdown between Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 9:00 am to Thursday December 21, 2023 at 9:00 am to carry out important daily maintenance repair work in the water supply scheme by STEM Authority. However, by planning its own water supply scheme of Thane Municipal Corporation, it has been planned to continue water supply in Thane city in a phased manner.

Accordingly, water supply to Ghodbunder Road, Patlipada, Pawarnagar, Kothari Compound, Azad Nagar, Dongripada, Waghbil, Anandnagar, Kasarvadvali, Ovala etc. will be shutdown on December 20 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and Samtanagar, Ritupark, Siddheshwar, Eternity, Johnson, Jail, Saket, Uthalsar, Retibandar, Kalwacha and some parts of Mumbra from Wednesday 9:00 pm to Thursday 9:00 am. It has been planned to continue the water supply in a phased manner in such a way that the water supply will remain closed till then.

Due to the above shutdown, water supply is likely to be at low pressure for the next 1 to 2 days until the water supply is restored. However, it has been appealed to the citizens to keep adequate stock of water and to cooperate with the Thane Municipal Corporation.
