WR To Run 2 Special Train For Velankanni Festival From Bandra Via Vasai

For the convenience of passengers & to clear the extra rush o­n the eve of Velankanni festival 2023, a special train will run between Bandra Terminus and Velankanni.

According to a press release issued by Sumit Thakur, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the details are as under:-

Train No. 09043/09044 Bandra Terminus – Velankanni Special [2 TRIPS]

Train No. 09043Bandra Terminus – Velankanni Special will depart from Bandra Terminus o­n Thursday, 7^th September 2023 at 21.20 hrs. & will reach Velankanni at 10.05 hrs, o­n Saturday. Similarly, Train No. 09044 Velankanni - Bandra Terminus Special will depart from Velankanni o­n Saturday, 9^thSeptember 2023 at 21.45 hrs. & will arrive Bandra Terminus at 12.30 hrs. o­n Monday.

Enroute this train will halt at Borivali, Vasai Road, Panvel, Lonavala, Pune, Solapur, Kalaburagi, Wadi, Raichur, Manthralayam Road, Adoni, Guntakal, Cuddapah, Renigunta, Katpadi, Vellore Cantt., Tiruvannamalai, Villupuram, Cuddalore port, Chidambaram, Sirkazhi, Mayiladuthurai, Thiruvarur and Nagappattinam station in both directions.

This train comprises of First AC, AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.
