Many 'Garba Night' events are organised in Mumbai by the famous Dandiya and Garba queen Falguni Pathak. Since Mumbai has a large Gujarati population, Falguni Pathak's programs are organised everywhere. People eagerly wait for his program. Recently, 156 youths were cheated in the pretext of giving passes for a garba event that has come to light in Borivali. Following the incident, police have registered an FIR under sections 406, 420 and 34.

Police have registered the case, but the accused has not been identified yet. Some fraudsters looted 156 youth by luring them with cheap passes. The youth have cheated many people by promising to get the program pass for INR 3300 instead of INR 4500. The accused first lured a young man living in the Kandivali area as his victim. After this, he collected money from 156 people by saying that he had more passes and agreed to give them the passes.


They were instructed to come to Borivali New Link Road and make the payment. After this the young man went there and gave money to Vishal Shah. After this, Shah told the address of another place (Yogi Nagar) and asked to get the pass after reaching there. However, they could not find this address. After this the youth realised that they had been cheated. After this he went to the police station and lodged an FIR. On the other hand, the police are currently investigating the matter. Police have started a thorough investigation with the help of CCTV footage and mobile phones.
