In a spine-chilling incident, a 21-year-old was stabbed to death by a rival gang in Mumbai’s Ambernath area. The police mentioned that the two groups have been at loggerheads for a few months and ran into a face-off on Tuesday.

It is during this said scuffle that the boy was allegedly murdered and the accused are now absconding. Bhavik Shinde, the victim was a resident of Ulhasnagar camp 4, Bramhan Pada area in the city. He was attacked by a group of five youngsters when he was with his friends near the Shiv Mandir area on Tuesday night.

According to officials, the feud led to the rival gang undertaking drastic measures. It is claimed that the five individuals, stabbed Shinde in the neck and chest, after which they managed to flee the spot. He was declared dead when taken to the hospital. These events transpired after the group clashed a few months ago, which ultimately ended with one person losing his life on Tuesday.

Names of the accused have been noted and arrests are yet to be made, mentioned officials. Further investigation on the matter is said to be on, the police are doing everything in their power to catch the accused and make them answer for their crimes.
