6 dead, 3 injured in Wadi Bunder mishap

Wadi Bunder – In a tragic accident on Saturday morning, six persons died while three sustained serious injuries as the taxi they were traveling in hit the road divider on the Freeway in Wadi Bunder area. The incident took place at 9 am when the taxi driver lost control over the vehicle and dashed the road divider. The taxi was carrying more than the permitted number of passengers. Mumbai Police Spokesperson, Ashok Dudhe said,“There were nine passengers in the taxi and six of them lost their lives in the accident.”
