Mumbai: A mother kills her daughter after a heated argument

A mother strangulated her daughter to death after an argument between the two took place in Bandra East. There was an argument between the two over the love affair of the girl. The angry mother killed the girl because she bit her hand. Then she faked that her daughter got an epileptic fit. But after the medical examination found that the girl died of strangulation, the police registered a case of murder and detained the accused woman.


The dead girl's name is Bhumika Bagde (19) and she lived with her mother Tina (40) in Bandra East. According to police sources, the deceased girl had a quarrel with her mother over love affairs. As the love relationship was not approved by the mother, the girl got angry and bit her hand. The woman's index finger was seriously injured. The angry mother strangled the girl. She died in it. Frightened by this, the mother pretended that her daughter got epilepsy and admitted her to DN Desai Hospital. The doctor there declared Bhumika dead.

In the examination, injury on girl’s throat and the wound on the mother's hand were suspicious, and on the medical examination, it was found that the girl's death was due to strangulation. Finally, the Kherwadi police filed a complaint and filed a case of murder and destruction of evidence. The accused woman has been detained in this case.
