Mumbai- Accused Debashish Dhara, who brutally killed and raped the physiotherapist is been held by the Vile Parle police. Debashish is not a first-time offender but a psychic sexual molester.
On the night of 5 December, deceased physiotherapist, unfortunately, forgot to lock the door. The habitual molester was on the hunt when he saw the door open and he peeped into the house. The accused came to know that the victim was alone and was in a deep sleep. The accused took advantage and entered the house and committed the heinous crime.
Police suspect that the victim was sexually assaulted before the murder. The incident of the brutal killing of the physiotherapist has panicked the city. Even after 3 months of the incident, police were not able to trace the culprit. However, after few days of investigation, police got the tipoff about Debashish who ran away to his hometown, West Bengal. Mumbai police then arrested Debashish from West Bengal and brought him to Mumbai.
