Mumbai - Alert railway police have helped reunite missing Kharegaon resident Ravindra Maruti with his family. Maruti went missing when he got off a local train at Kurla on 14 October. Maruti's wife lodged a missing complaint with the Wadala railway police station, detailing that he was mentally unstable. The police swung into action, with senior police inspector I B Sarode getting constable A B Bhingardeve to send the wireless message to the Kurla railway police station. A combination of CCTV footage, wireless messages and help from the missing persons bureau helped trace Maruti near the Thane station booking counter on 20 October.
