Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan’s bail application will now be heard on Thursday, October 14, since the matter was adjourned in the hearing today. According to reports, the hearing will be conducted in the Sessions Court tomorrow.

At Wednesday’s hearing, the NCB presented its case in the court and told the judiciary that although it didn’t seize the banned substance from Khan, he was part of a larger conspiracy. The authority also told the court that Khan was accused of using contraband, whilst it was seized from Arbaaz Merchant, also one of the accused.
According to reports, the NCB told the court that the charges against one accused and those against another cannot be separated, adding that the investigation of the matter is crucial. The NCB also mentioned that in this case, the agency is investigating the transaction of money from abroad which is critical.
The NCB had raided a drug party on a cruise earlier this month, wherein eight people were arrested, one of whom was Bollywood star, Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan. Since the actor’s son was present on the cruise he was taken into custody and interrogated. Along with him, several others were also nabbed by the authority.
Accounts, thus report that the special court will continue hearing the Additional Solicitor General oppose the bail plea tomorrow.
