The hearing on bail application of Aryan Khan has now been adjourned for Wednesday by the Bombay High Court, stated reports.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) opposed Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan’s bail application. In its affidavit, the authority stated that there exists an international drug racket and they need time to uncover it. They are of the opinion that if Aryan Khan is given bail, the investigation will be affected since he could not only influence witnesses, but also tamper with the evidence.

To this, Khan’s filed a counter-affidavit in the Bombay High Court stating that Khan isn’t connected with Prabhakar Sail or Kiran Gosavi, his employer. Adding that Khan isn’t party to the present allegations between the NCB ZD and others.

Moreover, Mukul Rohatgi, the Former Attorney General of India was appearing for Khan in the bail matter on Tuesday regarding the drugs cruise case.

The bail application had the serial no 57, in which the Bombay High Court stated that only a certain number of individuals, meaning those that are related to the case to stay in the court in order to decongest the court. On the other hand, ASG Anil Singh appeared for the NCB in the drugs on cruise case.

According to reports, the hearing began at nearly 4.15 pm. Rohatgi stated that Khan was invited to the cruise as a special guest by Pratik Gaba. Adding that Khan was apprehended on 3 October and his statement was recorded that was retracted the next day, for which they have raised an issue in the Supreme Court. Rohatgi also made other arguments in the court, before the matter was adjourned.
