In a turn of events, Bombay High Court has listed Aryan Khan's bail application for hearing on October 26. This means that Khan will have to spend a few more nights in Arthur Road Jail.

On Thursday, Shah Rukh Khan also visited the jail to meet his son. According to reports, he met his son for nearly 16-18 minutes in the prison in the midst of authorities from the jail. The accounts also elucidate that he made use of the intercom in the meeting area to speak to him.
Aryan has been denied bail twice, in light of which the Bombay High Court will be hearing the bail request on Tuesday. On Wednesday, a special court denied his bail stating that the WhatsApp chats have shown to highlight his involvement in the “illicit drug activities”. Based on reports, Judge VV Patil in his order stated that the WhatsApp chats prima facie reveal that Aryan Khan is indulging in illicit drug activities for narcotic substances regularly. Thus, it can’t be stated that he won’t commit a crime on a similar line whilst he is on bail.
Adding that whilst no drugs were found on Khan, he was aware of the one found on Merchant which results in “conscious possession”.
