Ghatkopar - Rickshaw-pullers deny commuters, even when they sit idle. This does not go well with every commuter and the outcome was seen in Ghatkopar at 10:00pm. Commuter asked rickshaw-puller to drop him at his destination, but he denied and hence argument started. To this, many commuters came in and they started damaging rickshaw, police arrested rickshaw-puller & commuters.
