A bar owner was kidnapped in an Innova from Sambhaji Nagar, Dahisar (East). The owner was taken to Rishivan, Borivali (East) and was beaten black and blue. The owner has been rushed to Shatabdi hospital, Kandivali. Police have registered the complaint against accused.
Ritik Patnaik (Bar Owner) resides in Bhayandar. The feud over land between Patnaik and Prabhakar Pawar became intense. On 9 April, Pawar called Patnaik on Sambhaji Nagar link road and with the help of accomplices pulled him inside the car and assaulted badly.
Police are probing further in the case. The accused fled from the spot after attacking Patnaik.
