Borivali - Attack on Traffic police is a disturbing sight, but there is no stopping of such ridiculous incident. Vishnu Joshi, Traffic Constable was beaten black and blue by three rash drivers. The incident happened on 6th October in front of the traffic signal on SV Road, Borivali (west) when the cop was on duty and he caught them driving without their helmets on. Police nabbed one of them, while two fled away. Joint Police Commissioner (Traffic Department) Ramchandra Dhavle told youth alias Kartik Shetty is booked under IPC section 353, 279.
