On Wednesday, around 11 pm, a car driver got seriously injured when he smashed his car on a divider at Pedder Road. This happened when the driver was driving the car from Nariman Point to Worli and when he reached Pedder road, lost his balance and hit the divider. As the car was travelling at high speed, the frontage of the car got badly smashed and the driver got seriously injured. The driver was then admitted to a nearby hospital.
Police are now investigating the case to see if the driver was in an inebriated state.
