Chandrakant Shinde, City Survey officer is alleged of demanding bribe worth Rs 1 crore to make PR card of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority. Legal action will be taken against him within a span of eight days informed Chandrakant Patil Cabinet Minister (State).

BJP Mumbai President Ashish Shelar raised the issue regarding Chandrakant Shinde’s corrupt take on preparing property card of MHADA.

Gaothan and Koliwadao will be notified within 3 months. The rent on the land on the lease will see an increase of 140%.
